Terms and Conditions

1. Checking in tims is 4.00PM or later on day of arrival. Guests may arrange to arrive earlier if the house is empty.
2. Checking out time is 10.00AM on day of departure, again guests may arrange to depart later if there are no other guests.
3. A booking form fee/security deposit is required to confirm the booking and the full balance required no later than 12 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
4. Cancellation - we recommend that you take out holiday insurance should you need to cancel. In this case the deposit is non refundable and half the balance payable if you cancel less than:
   1. 9-12 weeks prior - 50% total is payable
   2. 6-9 weeks prior - 75% total is payable
   3. Less than 6 weeks - Full balance payable.
5. The security deposit is refundable on your return home once the management company have inspected the house.
6. After payment of the final balance you will receive directions to the house and be given a code for a "Lock Box". This holds the key to the house. Once ther house has been opened this key should be returned to the "Lock Box". Keys for your continued use will be inside the house.
7. Guests arriving during period October to April and wanting to use the pool may require it to be heated, there is a small extra cost per week for this.
8. Please note that the pool is used at the guests own risk and that children must be supervised at all times.
